Satiated was created by Dana Norwood, a student at the Tufts Friedman School of Nutrition, and Katie Stebbins, Executive Director of the Food & Nutrition Innovation Institute. With the help of Rahul Remesh (’24) and Innovator in Residence, Chris Denson, Satiated was launched as a Story Lab to amplify the voices of health-forward food entrepreneurs who are pioneering healthy products and healthy, equitable economic development simultaneously.

Adam Amin is a Research Associate at the Tufts University Food & Nutrition Innovation Institute's Seeding the Future Lab. He is working on a series of case studies for the Satiated Story lab, breaking down the food value chain through the diverse voices of health-forward food entrepreneurs. He is a student at Milton Academy, Massachusetts, where he competes on the Speech & Debate team and won first place in Original Oration in the US in 2023. Adam is fascinated by the intersection of AI and nutrition, food tech innovation, and sustainable nutrition. As an Egyptian-American immigrant, he also cares about food equity and insecurity, especially within immigrant communities in the US. An avid squash player, he hosts the Squash Masters podcast, interviewing junior squash players and coaches for their tips, tricks, and interesting stories.
