The Institute is honored to collaborate with Johnson & Wales University’s College of Food Innovation & Technology on the Spring Break at JWU program. Tufts students spend the week at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island learning about culinary education as an extracurricular supplement to their Friedman coursework.
