Caroline Andrews

Caroline received her BS in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Clemson University. She then worked as a Product Developer within food manufacturing and grocery retail settings, most recently at Whole Foods Market. Through this work, she partnered closely with teams throughout the food supply chain, from procurement and logistics to business development and marketing. Caroline’s experience within the private sector and her time volunteering with organizations such as the San Antonio Food Bank sparked her interest in understanding food systems from a larger lens. She is now pursuing her MS in Agriculture, Food and Environment at the Friedman School. With this experience, she intends to help food companies develop and implement programs focused on sustainability and equity.
